Hi!!! My name is Humberto and I´m from Mexico City. I would like to know iwhat languaje do you learn in USA, for example in Mexico in the High school they teach us "english". Do your teachers teach you french, spanish or any other language???? Have a nice day

Reply:First everybody is "supposed" to know English before they start school but many don't. As far as what you are asking most high schools offer german, french, and spanish but some offer chinese and japanese.
Reply:I'm from Ohio and at my school they teach Spanish, German and french. its not mortuary to take a foreign language but it you what to go to collage i would suggest taking a foreign language. also if you are graduating in 2011 then they make it mandatory to take a foreign language.
Reply:we don't have a set language like that. most kids take spanish because it is so useful. my high school also offered french and latin. my college offers those three and chinese, japanesse, and german.
