Make sure to keep your OWN sense of style, whatever it may be. Buy things that YOU like, not thinks other people like.





As for getting noticed, wear some bright colors or some patterns you like. Don't be afraid of a piece being too 'out there'.. You might get a lot of compliments.





Always try stuff on. If you don't like how it looks on you, don't get it. you can get some opinions from your close friends if you like - just make sure they're not ordering you around.





Be diverse - don't just shop at one store all the time. Open your mind to some new places to shop.
Reply:BE YOURSELF...TRUST ME....when i first got to hihgschool i nwas so pressured to look like all the other girls...the clothes that was in, the hair style, all that crap....i even went to the store the first day to buy some new clothes......it was dumb because i wasnt being myself and was trying to look like everyone else....its okay to have a style similar but not identical....have your own style and it will get u noticed more.....y do u want 2 look like every1 else?...thats boring...be yourself..

Reply:at high school so many different things are in at my school tights and a mini skirt are in or tight jeans always work well and look hot much your stuff by wearing the same colour shoes as either your skirt or pants and the bag that looks hot with it!! hair should be up in a different style everyday which can be hard sometime but you always find something new your make up will always look good if you mathc it to your eye colour and always smile cuz thats what people will notice first

try to find some makeup that look good with your face/hair/eyes...just buy alot of crazy but cute colors and experiment this summer.





your hair... dont do it the same style everyday... do a few days with it straight then change it to curly or put it up every now and then.





other tips...go shopping with other friends that you hang out with so they can tell you what looks good and what doesnt... your friends usually know what looks good on you so i would trust them.





try to get into as many clubs as you can to meet a TON of more people... dont just limit yourself. do whatever you can so you can have a variety of people.

OK so I'm sorry to tell you and be so strait to the point but if you have not already been in the "cool group" you are not getting in to it by the way you look. I'm sorry once again. i say to just find some nice new friends that are not in the "in crowd" and have fun with them. and chances are, you will forget about the popular crowd. trust me, you can spend your whole high school life trying to fit in with the popular people, or have fun being you!

Reply:It all depends because trends are coming and going left and right also you have to think what kind of group am I in what kind of person am I and what kind of group do I want to be in
Reply:Being unique is in. If you look up clothing online or you some on Tv, you can start a new trend. Straightened layered hair is very popular. Sometimes matching is a little too much. When you mix stuff up that's where creativity comes in. Make up should be natural and simple; color occasionally.
