High School?

Ok, today someone in our school made a shooting threat for tommorow, and everyone is scared. The news media was ALL around my school and they are going to be there tommorow too, the school faculty is going to have police everywhere, and when I told my parent that I didnt want to go, she said I have to. Is this fair ?

High School?
no thats not fair, that bogus.
Reply:Hi. I think that if a threat was made in my town, I would not want my child to attend. Your parents may think it's best for you to go, so that you keep your everyday routine going so you don't think about what could happen or might happen. I would go to school and if you feel uncomfortable or scared then call your parents and tell them how you feel. At least your making an effort to go to school instead of just sitting at home. I know you must be frightened with what might happen at your school tomorrow, but it's probably just some kid looking to get a rise out of your town, because he/she has seen so much on TV. Don't worry; give school a chance, and if you still are scared call your parents.
Reply:Ha ha, my high school had a bomb threat once- police and firefighters were all over the scene. But of course, it had to be during our homecoming football game, so they didn't cancel classes.

There's no such thing as fair in this world. TT___TT
Reply:If there was a legitimate threat the administration would be all over it and school would probably be canceled.
