High School ??

Ok, Next year I am going to be a junior and high school, and im concerned about some of my classes, next year I plan on taking ap english, us history, french 2, oceanography, bio (retake first semester), and geometry. Are there any classes that I should change that would look better on a college application ?

All those classes seem good as long as u get good grades in all of them, it shows that u put effort. Also if ur not already get involved in some kind of sport or activity, clubs they like to see a well rounded person that can handle different things. Last but not least have ur college stuff done now b4 the year is out. Applications, schools, money, tuition and your 4 year plan or however long u want to stay. Main thing is to stay focused but at the same time have fun. Enjoy life.

Reply:Do running start. The state pays for you to take classes and the local Community College. That way you graduate high school with your associates degree. Then it will be eassssy to transfer to a 4 year university as a junior and only two years left. Wish i would have.
Reply:Have you taken chemistry or physics yet? These might be a better choice than oceanography.
Reply:actually you looking quite good, especially with an elective like oceanography. and when taking about your schedule as it pertains to college, focus on your senopir year. take a bunch of AP's. the school want to make sure you're not geting senoiritis. but for next year, just make sure yuo perform well in the classes you have.
Reply:Try some arts. Colleges love artists of all kinds (theater arts, fine arts, visual arts, etc...)
