is there anthing i should be aware of in high school

High school?
Dont listen to any other older pupils they lie...dont go to the toilets you will catch something...dont play games at break or dinner you will get laughed at...dont sit at the front of the class or the back you will be singled out by teachers...people lie...dont tell the teachers every little thing that happens...they dont believe you...the best excuse for not doing homework is "Family Problems" they cannot say anything about that...if your a girl and you need the toilet in class the teacher will let you no matter what "Girl Problems"...If your a boy that doesnt work...take the tag out of your tie other wise it will be ripped out...dont fasten the top button on your shirt...put your bag on one shoulder not both...on sivvy day dress normal dont try to impress people because you look idiotic..and most of all have fun

They are NOT true. I have been at high school for four years abd never seen or heard of it happening

Reply:high school is a big change for everyone, it just takes time to adjust. I know it's a bit of a cliche when people say school days are the best days of your life, but it's kinda true. I mean I'm 23 now and there are things I miss about high school and other things I really don't, but we all go through it, ultimately take the time to enjoy yourself while your young cause before you know it you'll having to get a serious job like me and pay bills :(

Reply:be aware that most of your friends will end up drinking and smoking pot, so know who your real friends are and stay with a good crowd

Reply:freshman friday! i hate that. they threw eggs at us, and the seniors are gonna do somethin else to us on their last day at my school. ( i'm a freshman)

Oh and don't get too in a panic about it!! It's not as bad as Hollywood movies make it seem...not saying it's GOOD of course...school is school right? but it's definitely not AS bad...

Reply:Its only a VERY short time of your life so don't be stupid and give in to the peer pressure to do drugs and drink and get laid. You can have a lot of fun in high school but remember to maintain at least a 3.0 grade point average to pass and to maintain dignity. If your really awesome, you will realize that all high school is is preparing you for college. Get good grades and do what you can to make college easier. DO NOT DROP OUT of high school. The people in your classes will disapeer the day after you graduate (mostly). A lot of people are putting up a front and will hurt you to get to the top, stay out of the popularity race and enjoy people with common interests and goals. Do you really want to look back with regret or satisfaction?

Reply:I didn't have many problems with it. Just don't stab anyone in the back and get as many cretits out of the way as soon as possible.


And find friends that you are comfortable with. You should never feel like you should impress them. I know that from expirence!!!
Reply:In my high school, if you show up late to class you go to the tardy tank. Sometimes you get a detention. I skipped mine and they didn't do anything about it. There were also elevators in my school but you needed a pass to use them. I used it any way with no pass and the teachers gave me a warning a bunch of times but again, got no disciplinary action. We get to eat lunch inside or outside. We can go to the media center during lunch. I play games on their computers. There's a way you can go to blocked websites. I only now how to do this for windows computers only. Myspace is probably blocked in your school.





1. Open up command prompt.


2. type in ping myspace


3. Copy the numbers and periods and write it down on paper. The next day, type in that code in the address bar.





DON'T let the teachers see the paper with the code on it. If the teachers don't know your name, run away. They can't discipline you if they don't know who you are.

im in grade 12 and trust me just hangout with the right crowd and you;ll be fine. i was nervous when i first stared but these past four years have been amazing and i don want it to end :(

Reply:Don't screw around with alot of people and make sure to keep your grades up if you plan on getting into a decent college. Other than that, enjoy it and take advantage of the irresponsibility of it all.
