High school?

i am an incoming freshman who has a separate middle and high school. i need help on not being nervous for starting high school!

High school?
Well, just remember that change is an opportunity for many new good things and exciting things to happen. You'll be in a different environment, and around many different people. It might be a little bewildering. But look forward to the adventure ahead of you! Most everyone I know has many fond or nostalgic memories about high school, so enjoy it while you're there. Classes do get harder, but if you don't slack off, it'll be fine. If you were a good student in middle school, there's no reason you shouldn't perform well in high school if you put in the effort. Also, join some sort of activity - be involved. A sport, or student government, or whatever it is you think is worthwhile. You'll meet a lot of people, have fun, and feel quite a bit more accomplished.
Reply:High school is REALLY nothing to worry about and is not that different from middle school belive it or not. Except the classes, and you have to be more mature. I am goin into the 11th grade this year, so I, having already been through my freshman year, am telling you'll be fine. high school is not as big a step as you will take when heading off to college. But most important, Have fun!, enjoy your high school school years. They go by so fast!
Reply:don't be nervous. everyone else is going into hs too so ur not alone. dont worry about it
Reply:Remember, you're not the only one going through this!

It's not as harsh as the movies make it out to be. Personally, I find it exciting since there is so much more freedom and choice than in earlier years.

Join some activities and make friends! It's a great opportunity to make new, potentially lifelong friends! With great friends, high school is a breeze!

Classes might be a bit harder than you're used to, but if you listen and keep up with your work, you shouldn't have a problem. Teachers are always there if you need help!

Walk in with a great attitude and an open mind! Good luck! :D
