High school??

So I'm going to start high school in a few months, and I'm really scared. Is it as bad as everyone says it is? Is it a lot worse than junior high? How many credits do I need (or should have) for grade 10? I have ELA, Social Studies, Math, Science and Gym, which are mandatory. Do I need 5 more?


Please help!


I am in junior high, finishing grade 9 this year.


I like in Winnipeg.


My principal told our class once that we need 8 credits... And we need 30 credits to graduate. That's all I know.


I'm so confused.

that's weird, im in high school and im in 9th. i dont know if you live in the United states, but here we take 4 core classes.





like math, english, social studies, science. then we choose electives, like i chose, athletics (football), spanish, and health. it usually gives you 0.5 credits per semester. and 1 whole credit for the year. and it will tell you how many credits of one class you need.





and honestly i think 8th grade was better, so many of my good friends changed, and moved. and it was just alot eaiser last year. but that's my opinion, good luck.
Reply:High school is absolutely amazing. The only bad thing about high school is drama, but the drama is almost as bad in junior high. Every school's credits are different. But don't worry about it, I love it!
