High school!?

Ok, I had a lot of friends in intermediate school, and only a couple of them are in my high school.


We all got kinda different schedules, but we're in one or two classes together, and I'm soo upset 'cause I don't know ANYONE in the other classes.


I really have trouble meeting new people, like talking to them. I just dont know what to say.


Weird, I know. Does anyone have any advice for me on how to make friends or what I can do?

It will get better, I have had the same problem, and I'm a junior!!! When you have an assignment ask someone who sits by you in the class a question about it. That way you have a reason to start a conversation with them!! Don't worry though, by the end of the year you will have people to talk to in all your classes....even if you are shy!!! :) good luck
Reply:It is definately difficult to adjust to i am also a freshman and my so called bff's ditched me cause im not cool enough! But the upside is now that i dont follow them around I have tons of friends in different groups and i know over half the football team. Did i mention i have my first boy friend! Just be confident in your self and in your skin and you will be fine!


When i started i was extremely shy and if i made a month so far you will definately make!

It is hard to make new freinds


but you jsut have to talk I know its hard to start a conversation


but find out something someone is interested in that you are to then let it go from there =]
Reply:in class, when you have a project where you get paired up with other people, even if your old friends are in that class, pair up with someone you would like to get to know better. Thats how I made some of my best friends.





just strike up a stupid conversation with the person next to you about the homework, the lecture, the teacher. Lil small talk goes a long way!
