Ok, today, I was betryaed by one of my best friends since 6th grade (im in 10th now) because basicaly they got pissed that I didnt come to school because there was a shooting threat, so they text messaged me a message basicaly calling me a coward, so I got upset and text messaged them back, then they text messaged back, then I texted my friend saying "dont even think about talking to me tommorow, asshole". How do I get over this and make new friends ?

If this is really something that is worth ruining a long friendship over than stand your ground, but make sure that it is worth it. I am currently in college and I don't talk to any of my high school friends because of something I thought was really important, but when I look back at it, it wasn't important enough to ruin a 4 year friendship with my 6 best friends. If it is worth it, get involved in different activities that interest you and you will meet people there.

High school....?
ok so heres my story....i go to Memorial but i belong to another school(PSJA North)....me and my mom made a deal that if i passed the semester i would have the option of going to raiders...well i passed....and i wanna go back...but....i heard that theres alot of drama...and i dont need that. And also all the girls over there seem to be getting pregnant...and i dont want to be a teenage mother. What should i do?? i miss all my old friends...and i had to break up with my boyfriend because we were never going to be together....please help me out!!

There is drama in every high school. You do not go to school to make friends, although it is a nice bonus when you do. You go to school to learn and better yourself, and get good grades so that you can go to college.
It sounds to me like things at your new school are fine. I'd say stay there and keep focused on your studies. You can always talk to your friends on the weekends!

Girl do it!!!! There is nothing wrong with a girl dating someone younger than herself. If men can do it all of the time then women can too. Also this will make good practice for you because women don't reach their sexual peak until their 40's and men in their 40's start to slow down sexually. So get it while the gettins good!!!!!

Besides if you do then he will brag to all his friends that he is doing a Senior even if he's not ...... Think about it first . I suggest you don't...

I need any tips. My sister said it's fun, but I don't know! I have to sit in a gym in the mornings till school starts, and I really want to ride with a friend!

you'll just have to suck up the sitting in the gym part and not having a ride with your friend. those things are completely minor. and you probably don't want to hear it, but your sister is right. high school really is fun. you are way more respected by your teachers and you have way more freedom than you had in middle or elementary school.
Reply:To meet more people, join a club, sport, or run for office. You have to put yourself out there, but it'll be totally worth it. In every one of your classes make it a point to talk to a different person everyday. You'll end up knowing SO many people, it'll be great!
Try not to carry more than two textbooks at a time, you'll look overloaded and that's not cute.
People love people who are cool, confident, fun, funny, nice, and friendly. Don't overthink what you say. Just say it and be yourself.

So, I had a trip to my HS today and it wasnt as scary as i thought it would be. But, I am not one of those people who have a set intersest and there aren't any clubs that I am really interested in joining. Everyone says clubs are the best way to make friends b/c next year all my friends are going to a different school... so what shoukd I do force myself to join a club or trust that i will make good friends in classes?

im a 10th sophmore, i only have a 3.0 rite now but this semester getting a 4.0 weighted. Just a month ago, I received my revelation in academics and religion. Now,im doing well in school.
